Patients who want to be screened under the age of 40 must meet the following criteria:

• They need an order/referral from a provider (No self -referrals)

• They must either have insurance that will cover the exam under 40 or pay cash

• If they are under 30, the doctor's order must specify why they are high risk (strong family history, BRCA mutation, etc.)
