Patients who want to be screened under the age of 40 must meet the following criteria:
They need an order/referral from a provider (No self -referrals)
They must either have insurance that will cover the exam under 40 or pay cash
If they are under 30, the doctor's order must specify why they are high risk (strong family history, BRCA mutation, etc.)
