Alinea is researching medical insurance coverage to offer to our employees. All staff working an average of 30+ hours a week are eligible to participate in the medical benefit program. Eligible employees may also purchase coverage for their dependents including legally married spouse (same or opposite-sex) and children (naturally born, adopted, and/or stepchildren up to age 26).
